Constructed in 2009, MNB is a 190,000-square-foot research complex that serves as the headquarter for the Institute of Electronics and Nanotechnology, one of Georgia Tech’s many interdisciplinary research institutes. The building houses the largest cleanroom laboratory dedicated to the fabrication, characterization, and assembly of biomedical and semiconductor devices in the Southeast United States. Located in the heart of Atlanta, the venue offers the participants with opportunities to explore and experience multiple attractions offered by the city.
The Marcus Nanotechnology Building is located at 345 Ferst Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30318.
Please park in the visitor parking area 5 on State Street (it is a parking deck). State Street is the fourth traffic light after you have crossed over 85/75 on 10th Street. You would turn LEFT onto State Street and the parking deck is on your left (Area 5). Once you park, walk out of the parking deck from the lower level on the east side. Turn right and walk up the cobblestone street (you will be going south). When you reach the top of the hill, do not cross the street. The Marcus Nanotechnology Building will be on your right.
There is also a small lot (Area 4) directly across Ferst Dr. Both of these locations are paid visitor lots.
